These terms cover your use of mondaynumber.com and anything free we publish or send, such as the scorecard, guides, emails and posts. Memberships are covered by the Membership Terms. The site is run by Webstem Ltd, trading as Monday Number.
- 1.Information only. Content on the site and in our free material is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and you should not rely on it in place of advice for your own situation.
- 2.Results. Any results, figures or examples describe specific businesses at specific times. They are not a promise that you will get the same. What you achieve depends on your business, your market and your own work.
- 3.Testimonials. Testimonials are the real views of the people quoted. We do not pay for them unless we say so.
- 4.AI. Some content is produced with the help of AI tools and checked by us. It may still contain errors.
- 5.Our content. We own the site, its content, the Monday Number name and the materials we publish. You may read and share them for your own business use with credit. You may not copy, resell or republish them, or use them to train or build a competing product, without our written permission.
- 6.Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to break or gain unauthorised access to it, no unlawful use.
- 7.Links. We link to other sites and tools for convenience. We are not responsible for them.
- 8.Availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw the site or any content at any time without notice.
- 9.Liability. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise the site and free content are provided as they are, without warranties, and we are not liable for any loss arising from using or relying on them, including loss of profit, business or data.
- 10.Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
